This is an easy outing although lengthy (11.2 km). Alba was a surprise: she performed perfectly and made the climbing in less than 2 hours! Here is the proposal:

| Access: | From Lausanne, take motorway in direction to Yverdon, Neuchatel. After passing Yverdon take way out 8 to Areuse or Bole and follow indications to Rochefort. Once in Rochefort follow indications to "Val de Travers", Noiraigue. In Noiraigue park after passing the river. Driving time from Lausanne: ~50 minutes. |

It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
