This time I am going to propose two options (A and B) to arrive to the same place. As usually the excursion will take place on Sunday if weather allows for it.

| Access: | The starting point is nearby "Villaz", a village between Annecy and Thorens. To arrive to Villaz take the road to Annecy. Some 4 km before, in the village of Pregny take the road driving to Argonay (D173) to reach the main road N203. Turn left and drive for about 3 km. A deviation to the right hand side (road D175) will drive us to Villaz. Little after turn right to take the Parmelan's forest road. Drive to the end and park. The trip from CERN to "Villaz" will take 1 hour 20 minutes. |

It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
