In view of the magnificent weather prediction I'm proposing to recover from our double failure and insist on a visit to this beautiful lake. My proposal for excursion 06 = 02-bis-bis (this Sunday) is the following:

Access: | Novel is a little village near St.Gingolph in the Swiss-French border at the other side of the Leman lake. The car access to St.Gingolph can be through Evian ( 1 hour 20 minutes) or taking the motor way to Montreux and taking the first way out after it ( 1 hour 10 min.) It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
I hope weather conditions will allow an enjoyable excursion in a beautiful environment. Darbon's lake is a beautiful lake where swimming is possible. I hope!. Cheers! Jose.
