As at the begining of every session we start with affordable excursions to recover the lost good shape of previous year. I am sorry for those who have already started the hicking session. The one I am proposing has no particular difficulty and it is at low altitude. My proposal for excursion 01 (this Sunday) is the following:

| Access: | To reach Pont de l'Ededian we should drive from Annemasse taking road D907 untill Samoens. In Samoens take road D254 in direction to "Plateau des Saix". This road pass by the sites: les Plans, la Plaigne and le Bene. In the later, there is a Y-shaped crossing. Take the branch to the left hand side until Pont de l'Ededian (about 6 km from Samoens) and find a parking place. The trip to Pont de l'Ededian may take 1 hour 20 minutes. |

It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
