Dear friends, Unfortunately, last Sunday I was in Amsterdam and I could not propose an excursion. But, here it is! my proposal for this Sunday, July 4. I hope weather will be kind enough as to allow us to enjoy this excursion.

| Access: | To reach the starting point, Les Troncs, we can take the motorway "Blanche" to Bonneville and there follow the indications to "Le Grand Bornand, After having crossed the village, we take the road along la vallee du Bouchet till la chapelle de "Les Plans". DO NOT take the road indicatinting "Col des Annes" but the one to the right hand side that pass by le "centre Nordique" and ends in "Les Troncs". It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
