I am sorry for the long time intervals between excursions. I hope you will not stop enjoying the beautiful weather conditions due to this fact. My proposal for excursion 03, this Sunday, June 20, if weather allows it, is the following one:

| Remarks: | From La Roche Parnal we face la vallee de Champ Laitierwhich is a natural reserve plenty of wild-goats, chamois, wild-boars, etc. If we arrive to be silent enough, perhaps we might have the chance of observing them. |
| Access: | To reach Le Chesnet, we must take the road D2 from Annemase to Le Roche-sur-Foron. We continue along the same road for about 4 Km and then turn left taking a road driving to Orange. One km after Orange we shall find the hamlet of Le Chesnet. Roche-sur-Foron can also be reached through the Geneva-Annecy motorway. The trip from CERN to "Le Chesnet" will take between one hour and one hour 30 minutes depending on the driver's flighing-skills. |

It is convenient to emphasize some useful items: please do not forget to carry on (wear) raincoat, hat/cap and sun glasses, warm gloves, hiking boots or sport-footwear with thick and non-slipping sole, enough food and drinks for the own consumption. Spear dry clothes and after excursion confortable shoes are very convenient.
